I love working here. The training and care we get from upper management is wonderful. They expect nothing but top quality care and experience from us. We MUST do our ADLs with clients and give detailed notes every shift, this ensures the best quality care for your loved ones! They really care about their staff and their clients!

I have work for this company for 8 years I have met many of the amazing workers I have enjoyed our previous owners and I am excited to meet our new owners I am proud of our company because they don't just take care of our clients they are there for us this company is amazing in many ways...

Not consistent at all , my mother has been with the company 6-7 months , she has had 5 different workers due to them not showing up or them leaving the company. She has gotten maybe 2 months worth of service since being with the company. They are now saying they can’t offer her services, when all she has ever asked was a little bit of cleaning and some dishes. My mom has fibromyalgia, sciatica , she’s had a broken hip that makes it hard for her to move , she has chronic pain in her legs and feet from nerve damage as well. So to paint the picture she can’t move around real well. It’s absolutely displeasing the way this company has treated her. You get a “ I understand” when in actuality you have no clue. “ someone will be there tomorrow” & no one shows up. Her last worker before the company told her they weren’t gonna offer her service anymore had a fit about washing a very small amount of dishes, I’m talking a chili pot and like 3 bowls nd spoons and a cup. ( She has a dishwasher) moral of the story I 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. HORRIBLE COMPANY

I've been employed for just a few months but so far my experience has been excellent. I've worked w schedulers at other companies and I can see it's not easy but Terry in Ft. Smith has accommodated me w my schedule at every turn. And with a sweet attitude.

This particular home health agency has been the company that has given me the best balance of home life, with work life. I adore all my bosses so to speak. They really are a great company that has realized that they value their caregivers and treat them and speak with them with respect. Good people.
